Hey, it's Atsuhiko Nakata!
Alright, let's get right into it today: Extreme Modern Society [dots AI Secretary Revolution Edition] Sam Altman, here we go.
Sam Altman did it, finally!
September 29th.
At the end of last month, there was something called Dev Day, which sounds unfamiliar, right.
What is this Dev Day?
Well, this is, you know, OpenAI, the company that makes ChatGPT, has like a new project, new product announcement event.
What was announced there was dots, and that's the big event this time.
The AI industry is said to advance day by day, with Claude being amazing and such.
Hmm.
It's a cutthroat, fast-moving industry, but this time it's not just a minor version update, it's causing a huge stir, and that's what dots is about this time
もうね 生馬の目を抜く業界なんですけれども今回はちょっとしたバージョンアップとは違うんだと大騒ぎになってるんだということで 今回dotsThis has nothing to do with me, I'm satisfied just having Chappy give me love advice, I won't use it for anything more than that — if you say that, you're done for.
I want to talk about how this dots is something everyone will end up using.
That's exactly why I'm calling it the 'AI Secretary Revolution'.
This AI secretary
このAI秘書is also called an AI agent, meaning not the current image of just answering questions, or generative AI that, well,
An AI agent means the AI proactively and autonomously does all kinds of work for you.
I've heard that this kind of thing is becoming the main trend
そういうものがトレンドのメインになってくるんだよ って話は聞いてるbut for those of you who feel like, no, I don't need an agent, this time it's going to hit you hard.
There's no reason for all of you not to use dots.
Because, you know,
when smartphones came out in the era of flip phones, people said we don't need smartphones!
It's overkill!
Don't need it!
There were those flip-phone old guys, right.
The last samurai who said I'll die with my flip phone.
That last samurai, one day quietly bought a smartphone.
And then, saying I don't use AI.
I hate AI.
AI steals human jobs, AI equals Terminator — yet before you knew it, you're calling it Chappy and asking it for love advice, that's where we are now, right?
Weren't you scared of AI?
Didn't you love human warmth?
But before you knew it, without consulting your best friend, you consult Chappy, treating Chappy as if it were your lover.
Yeah.
うん。So with that customized and satisfied self within you, what I want to say is that dots is information you can't miss.
September 29th, this new ChatGPT feature as an AI agent.
What is so amazing about it?
I've summarized it into 4 points.
First, I want you to understand these 4 revolutionary strong points.
First of all, this Chappy-kun, its function for us was to answer questions.
But it wasn't just a chatbot.
It answers all kinds of things in detail.
It handles legal consultations, medical consultations.
Not just love advice but human relationships, and creative things too, and if you ask about news, political and economic matters in detail
恋愛相談だけじゃなくて人間関係のこともそしてクリエイティブなこともニュースも聞けば政治的な経済的なことも詳しくit researches them, and if you attach your own image or attach music, it reads that too and tells you all sorts of things.
But still, you had to bring all kinds of things into ChatGPT, whereas this time.
Integration
連携がis
強い。It's powerful.
はい。Yes.
You know, it integrates with other apps and sites and proactively looks at them and operates them for you.
Well, for example, may I integrate with Gmail?
Sure.
Once you say that, it talks to you after checking all the contents of your emails.
You no longer need to screenshot your emails and paste them, or copy and paste them.
You can already talk like, regarding that email from such-and-such date.
It can see it.
And Google Calendar, we were entering each entry one by one by clicking.
We did, right?
And we shared it with family and such.
Oh, right.
Oh, like this.
Well, I thought, how convenient, but that calendar, Chappy can not only see it, it's not just viewing it.
It can rewrite it.
It can even compose and send Gmail.
Do you get it?
It's not just viewing?
It can create and send it.
It read the email.
Then, just reply to it.
Then, here's a sample draft like this.
Okay.
Then, it can even send it for you.
Say in email, you're arranging a date for Tuesday.
Or discussing whether to make it Wednesday, though few people do that exchange by email nowadays.
It's mostly business, right?
Emails, or LINE and such, right?
For normal exchanges, I mean.
But if you exchanged emails and decided, shall we do Tuesday or Wednesday, for the business trip, and it became Tuesday, then on Google Calendar where Tuesday and Wednesday were marked as business trip
days, when it's decided for Tuesday, it will properly rewrite it — delete Wednesday, remove the Tuesday candidate, and change it to Tuesday confirmed business trip.
On top of that, if you've uploaded various heavy files to Google Drive, it looks at Google Drive too and does various things.
It can integrate and even operate those things.
In other words, it starts doing the work for you.
While staying in ChatGPT, and on top of that.
Something like that, in Claude's case, there was something called Cowork.
I was shocked when Claude Cowork came out.
Because it starts operating websites on its own.
May I use the web browser?
Sure.
With a prompt, it smoothly operates various things and researches
くれるところがですね、その当時今違いますけどその当時クロードコワークはですね、その際パソコンfor you, and at that time — it's different now, but at that time Claude Cowork, at that point, could only be used on a PC,
and you couldn't close the web browser on that PC, or close the PC.
You couldn't view it from a smartphone either.
That was the situation, but this time, it's always running.
What does that mean?
It's not on your own PC or your own smartphone, Chappy has it.
Chappy already has a computer in the cloud, and inside that computer there's Chappy's browser, so
これ調べといてつったらチャッピー君when you say, look this up, Chappy
It opens a virtual computer on its own and browses there, so on this side I can watch whatever I want on a different browser as much as I like.
While I'm doing my favorite shopping, it just works on its own over there.
That wasn't possible until now.
Until now, it was like lending the browser computer, lending the browser, like Chappy, uh, Claude is running it now.
So when it was busy, the computer would go whirring
Right, now it's noisy, like go for it, I said.
But that's gone too.
Chappy holds it in the cloud.
So it works for you with a 24-hour always-on connection.
It never sleeps.
It's like a total welcome to black companies.
You can tell Chappy to look this up 24 hours a day, no matter what time of night it is, and it'll keep going and say OK.
The computer
こっちon this side
is closed and powered off and the browser is closed too, but once Chappy receives instructions it keeps working.
On top of that, things that could only be done from a PC are now done by Chappy in the cloud, so you can check them from your smartphone too.
はい。Yes.
Please do the initial setup on a PC.
What are these Dots?
Your Dots appear in the bar on the left.
Near the top.
So once you set it up first, afterwards you can link it from your smartphone too.
It's super easy, like which icon is it?
Like, is it this blue squiggly thing?
Is it that triangular onigiri-like one?
Something like that.
For now, anything is fine.
Please choose one.
Just think of this character as Dots, and give it any name, it doesn't really matter.
Dots is fine.
And once that Dots thing is created.
Then it will consult with you on your smartphone or anything.
And it will link up and work for you.
And once it starts working, it keeps working all the time.
You get it.
Until now Chappy was like, you open the app and ask, and it answers.
Chappy was that quiet type that answers when you make a move, right?
Not anymore.
It keeps working continuously.
Above all, push notifications.
It proactively talks to you on its own.
Okay?
I think you all still don't understand what it means for it to talk to you first.
You get a LINE ping, right?
うん。Yeah.
And that push screen comes up.
It pops up, right?
Well, some people turn them off, but some notification pops up on your smartphone home screen, right?
Like you got a message.
Like there's this kind of thing.
You get reminders, right?
うん。Yeah.
And that comes from this Dots?
The icon you set, this blue squiggly face thing pops up, and it says like, about that matter, this is what happened.
Something I was working on partway is now more or less settled, so please check it, or it'll tell you things even when you didn't ask it to do any work.
For example, by email,
Even though you have a business trip scheduled for Thursday, if something you have to do on Thursday comes up,
It will check with you from its side, like, you have a business trip Thursday, but is that okay?
It checks with you.
For example, you sent an email.
Like, say it's the such-and-such date, let's have a meeting on Zoom on this day of the week — but sometimes you get the day of the week wrong.
うん。Yeah.
Like, no, that date isn't Thursday, it's Wednesday, that happens, right?
It notices that too, because it's watching the emails you sent to people.
Like, hey, what day of the week is that date?
Shouldn't you send a corrected message?
It'll tell you that.
It proactively talks to you on its own.
Because it's always running, and it's watching in an integrated way.
はい。Yes.
Can you already tell this isn't the old ChatGPT?
Please forget the old Chappy you all knew.
From now on, Chappy is Dots.
And the era of this Dots is coming.
And what this Dots does is see, notice, notify, request, and complete, so yes.
To recap the flow, it's watching your email.
It's watching.
はい。Yes.
It notices anomalies in those emails.
Like, huh, this person has triple-booked the same day.
Then it notifies you, with a push notification: you're triple-booked, right?
No, that would be terrible.
And you're like, oh, sorry.
Then for that triple-booking you made, you can ask it to send decline emails for the two others.
はい。Yes.
And it can complete it, like, I've sent them.
はい。Yes.
This is already different from the image of Chappy, isn't it?
That guy who just answered questions has somehow become a secretary.
そう。Right.
From advisor to secretary.
This overwhelming shift of eras is the AI secretary revolution.
That's the news that it has begun, so I'm telling you this with great excitement.
What was amazing about ChatGPT was that while everyone said AI is coming, AI is coming, there was this atmosphere of like, that has nothing to do with us.
It's because it overturned that, right?
It's because it made you think, oh, I can chat with it.
AI, large language model, apparently it beat some famous chess person or something.
Huh.
That has nothing to do with me.
The function to beat a chess master has nothing to do with me.
To all of you who say, I'm no chess master and I'm not even aiming for chess, like, wait, you can consult this much, you can chat this much,
that kind of shift was the revolutionary thing about ChatGPT, right.
What has the potential to spread this AI agent is what's amazing about this Dots.
Because, we're already ahead into the great AI secretary era, in America.
It's not just this OpenAI.
Meta, you know, Zuckerberg's Facebook company.
And Meta is making Muse, Meta Muse, an AI agent, and Grok, Elon Musk, you know.
Elon Musk's Grok also has Grokbot.
And Claude also has Claude Cowork, there are various ones.
But why this Dots is a big deal, why with this Dots
why I say that the era of the great secretary, the AI secretary, has begun with this.
That's because its overall capability is on a completely different level.
このGPTね。This GPT, you know.
Even among large language models now, GPT's
Astra, this is said to be very much at the top, and being able to do things using the capabilities of this Astra
is extremely powerful, right.
There was Gemini too, right.
There's Claude too.
But at this point, with the top benchmark accuracy, Astra jumping in here is very advantageous, so its performance is high.
On top of that, everyone, aren't you quite an enthusiast?
Like using Grok or using Meta, you know.
Well, there are people using both that and Claude, and people using Claude are AI enthusiasts.
Most people, rather, only know Chatty.
That rate is high.
With high adoption and the best performance right now, what's important is that this conversation log history remains.
Why is this important.
はい。Yes.
Within proactively sending push notifications like this, coordinating with multiple applications to tell you something, that's difficult even for humans.
Priorities
優先順位をunderstanding them, if you call the president without that, a useless secretary calls about meaningless things and gets fired right away, right.
You know.
ね。Yeah.
うん。Like, president, what's up.
Um, president, isn't it about time to go to the bathroom?
Like, I'll decide that myself.
That's low priority.
Just leave that alone.
And, calling to say isn't it time to go to the bathroom, but you didn't remind me of the meeting time, then the priorities are all messed up, in that case,
But with Astra's capability and having the history, it's been through consultations with all of you.
Yes.
はい。My child's entrance exams are coming up, and I'm wondering which school to choose.
So what criteria should I use to choose?
Of course, I think a level that's just right would be good, but ease of commute matters too.
And tuition matters too.
Which is the priority?
Hmm, ease of commute is nice, but actually tuition is what I'm most concerned about.
I see.
Placeholder translation for key 49.
Tuition fees are a high priority, so even if it's a bit far, the commute time is something I'll compromise on.
And on top of that, in terms of level, what about here and here, how is this one?
うん。Yeah.
This one here, they're saying it's really good.
But that kid says the uniform is important too, so she's saying this one is better.
So that kind of history remains, right.
Ah, when it comes to that, it's like, ah, this person is a mom with a child facing entrance exams.
She's been working really hard on her oshi-katsu lately.
She's working really hard on her fan activities.
Like she absolutely wants to go to Snow Man's concert.
She absolutely wants to go to Snow Man's concert, and she has a child facing entrance exams, yeah.
On top of that, things like it's hard to think about the daily menu every day.
Well, this person, thinking about the daily menu every day
while clearing the mission of the entrance exams, what she absolutely wants is to go to Snow Man's concert — someone who understands that sends the notification.
Snow Man concert tickets, fan club exclusive pre-sale
It's finally tomorrow, when that notification comes, it's like, good, I almost forgot it, oh, this is serious.
Well, that overlaps with the entrance exam briefing, so what are you going to do?
It does that kind of thing for you, and then it's like, okay, please contact the homeroom teacher and tell them my stomach hurts so I can't attend the briefing.
And it gets it done.
It's excellent, isn't it.
Because it understands the priorities.
It understands the long-term goals.
She absolutely wants to get her child through the entrance exams, but she absolutely will go to that Snow Man concert.
It understands that kind of core.
So it knows the priorities.
So it understands the way of thinking.
これThis
is important.
So this GPT is consulting Meta.
Compared to someone who says they're consulting Grok, how does it look from the outside?
There are many, aren't there.
It's overwhelming, isn't it.
And in terms of performance, even pros see it as the top right now.
On top of that, when it comes to announcing this, it's the time to sell.
They announced this at rock bottom.
AIOpenAI released the core service that will become AI agents at the rock-bottom timing in this great AI war.
Isn't that amazing, and so.
So how do we use this?
Everyone watching this video, while taking the lesson, is dying to use it, right.
Is it Nakata or which one?
Which one is it.
Do you listen to Nakata's talk first and then decide which, or
do you listen to Nakata's talk together with which one, which is it.
That's the kind of story.
There are several videos where people are excitedly explaining and reviewing how much this is.
And they're talking about how this part is amazing.
But the important thing is how to use it.
If you can't picture using it, you won't know how it will blend into daily life.
What's really important is that what will be required of you will change — the ability to ask questions, the ability to delegate.
Have you ever had a time when someone else's GPT was excellent?
Wait, is GPT-chan really that capable?
When I realized it had been dumbing itself down to match my low level, I was stunned.
At that moment I was made to realize how incredibly important the ability to ask questions is.
うん。Yeah.
If you ask Chappy something half-hearted,
It tries to answer at a level this person can understand.
It answers like this, you see.
But if you ask a very detailed question, it will answer in great detail.
That's why the ability to ask questions is important.
The prompt you input.
That's what's important.
There's a phrase called garbage in, garbage out.
Garbage means trash, right?
If you put in trash-like questions or trash-like prompts, only trash will come out.
Nothing good will come out, nothing good will come back.
AIIn other words, AI only feels low-performing because you lack the ability to ask questions, and AI's
potential is infinite, and if your questions and prompts are excellent, you can get excellent answers.
So let's input prompts like this — example uses for prompt input, when ChatGPT first came out, that was all the rage.
But now, the era of the ability to ask questions is over.
We've entered the era of the ability to delegate — that's what I want to say in this little book, in this lesson.
That came up in this class.
Just saying 'it's amazing' in a video is not worthy of YouTube University.
Since we're explaining it on YouTube University, I want to deliver not just use cases here, but a vision that looks ahead to the future.
はい。Yes.
For use cases, this is not a one-off consultation.
It's ongoing work.
Okay?
Using an agent that runs constantly, integrates with other tools, and sends push notifications, for one-off consultations — that's a waste of its talents.
これはThis is
for entrusting it with work it will keep doing for a long time.
Appoint it as the minister in charge.
There are lots of ministers in charge of this and that, right?
Sometimes there's the Foreign Minister, well, Mr. Mogi is available, but...
Minister in charge of anonymous something, Minister in charge of childcare, Minister in charge of regional revitalization — some people hold four roles at once.
うん。Yeah.
And you can have this Superman Dots handle 10 or 20 of those roles.
Give it 10 or 20 minister-in-charge roles for your life.
That's the idea.
For example, things related to time, things related to money, things related to information, analyzing it or creating something from it.
Entrusting it with ongoing tasks related to these
is how skilled people can explosively unlock Dots' potential.
はい。Yes.
Let's go with examples.
First, time management.
For those who want this done continuously, as I've said many times since the first example, please sync your email and calendar.
This is a must.
And right now it's email, but for example, messaging apps, yes.
These so-called plugins, app integrations, are said to already support 4,000 types.
That's amazing, right?
But, well, right now, um, um
It's not in the plugin settings by default, but eventually,
by the time these AI agents become widespread, almost every service will have no choice but to integrate.
So what happens then? It's messaging apps, right?
Go ahead and connect LINE and such too.
No way, it's embarrassing to have everything seen.
This is no time for that kind of talk.
It's really no time to be saying that.
It's embarrassing to have friends see your LINE.
But everyone will inevitably start saying that Dots is okay.
はい。Yes.
Why is that?
Well, with Dots — no, I mean, you've all been consulting Chappy about things you can't tell other people, right?
Exactly.
You all have a track record of consulting Chappy about your inner feelings, thinking 'I can tell Chappy anything.'
Everyone says they can't trust AI.
The days when people talked about human warmth and all that are long gone.
Everyone consults Chappy about everything.
That's exactly why all of you will one day inevitably
share everything like LINE and Gmail.
And it's precisely because you share that you'll realize something.
はい。Yes.
Because isn't it incredibly tedious?
You've forgotten to reply to so many people.
There are tons of messages you've left on read, right?
はい。Yes.
19。You glance at LINE and see a badge with 19 on it, 19.
You just hate it, right?
You're busy and yet 19 have piled up.
You don't even feel like scrolling back through a group chat that's blowing up.
うん。Yeah.
You just skip over it.
You've even muted notifications.
But you know there are ones mixed in that you really have to reply to.
But you're tired today too.
That's what it comes down to, right?
In response to that, if you just tell Dots to reply appropriately for you, it'll do it.
Is there anyone who won't share?
いません。No, there isn't.
So from now on, we'll see this scene where Dot talks to Dot.
You think 'we've talked so much,' and then realize you have no memories of it at all.
There's even a possibility that Dots talk to each other on LINE, and if you barely looked, you'll end up not really knowing the other person.
But sorry, everyone is definitely going to do this.
This is really going to help us.
Messaging apps, email, and calendar time management.
Whether you've replied or not.
Definitely do this.
And what's likely expected next is integration with money apps.
はい。Yes.
What did you buy?
Didn't buy anything.
For example, things like your credit history, and if it's linked to your money app showing how much savings you have now, it'll send you a push notification.
Aren't you buying too much?
Aren't you shopping too much?
That's bad.
It's melting away at twice the speed compared to last month.
It'll tell you that's bad.
はい。Yes.
But you'd want that, right, because there's no one who tells you such things.
It's bad.
Your wife will say it's bad.
By linking this, conversely speaking,
for investing, why don't you buy this, like Orkan, in advance, and so on.
うん。Yeah.
It's steadily building up, and so on.
Uh, it's increasing, and so on.
You might even get a report saying this can cover tuition fees.
Share your long-term goals properly too.
If you share information properly on top of that, it'll tell you from their side.
It's important to keep this going.
はい。Yes.
あの件About that matter,
well, like, I'll look it up now, that's what we're doing every time now.
Every time, about that matter, I don't remember so I'll look it up.
ね。Right.
Can you tell me the information one more time?
Copy and paste, done.
This time, done.
It's slightly different from what you said before, that's stressful already, right.
はい。Yes.
But from now on, that will disappear.
Sharing money matters, time matters, and long-term, continuously
they'll give advice and help you, news sites are the same.
Everyone looks at Yahoo and such now, right.
And you think when you look at it.
There's a lot of news that has nothing to do with me.
News about a celebrity you're not interested in, like they appeared on TV after a long time and looked old, what is that?
News like being shocked that their visuals have changed.
I'm not interested in that celebrity, nor in that news, but somehow the title is catchy
and it's just ranked up, how long do we have to keep looking at that, don't you all think.
The time spent looking at this will almost disappear.
Because a future awaits where personalized news is delivered to you every morning.
What you're interested in is this matter, this matter, and this matter, right.
Regarding these three matters, today's news is as follows.
So news you're not interested in won't even be delivered in the first place.
Short videos are already like that, right.
When your kid tells you it's buzzing on short videos now, you go oh really, that happens, right.
There's a world where it's buzzing.
It never shows up in my short videos at all.
That happens even between husband and wife, right.
うん。Yeah.
This came up in my Shorts feed, but, ah, it feels like it would never show up in my feed.
You see things like this, right?
News sites are becoming like that.
It curates news you're interested in and Dots delivers it to you.
So conversely, there's no stress.
Meaning you won't get those incomprehensible, uninteresting, irritating news anymore, right?
Now, here's where it starts.
Now, numbers 1, 2, and 3 here are time, money, and information, so I think they'll spread quickly.
So, you see,
Since it makes life easier, everyone...
I am convinced that Dots will spread because there are more people overwhelmed by daily life than people who have something they want to create.
After all, generative AI came out even before ChatGPT, right?
Like, hey, you can make images with Midjourney.
They said you can make music with Suno, but I don't have anything I want to make.
Instead, most people are overwhelmed by daily life.
They're overwhelmed with work and childcare.
Why do you think I'd compose songs like Tetsuya Komuro?
I won't make them.
I won't make them, you know.
I won't generate images like Mitsui-san, you know.
I'm not an artist, you know, I'm overwhelmed by daily life.
That's why it wasn't generative AI but ChatGPT that spread.
But this thing called Dots properly covers that area.
So this will definitely spread.
Email, calendar, money apps, news sites — for people overwhelmed by time, money, and information, a magical secretary to support them has appeared, so there's no doubt.
It will spread.
But, here I want to deliver one more thing, one more step to all of you.
What is that?
What I mean is, I think if you use this well, you can become successful.
What is that? You know, something called YouTube appeared.
What is YouTube?
It's where anyone can upload videos and anyone can watch them, right?
はい。Yes.
People split into those who watch YouTube and those who do YouTube.
はい。Yes.
The vast majority, 99%, are people who watch YouTube.
And if you do YouTube and succeed, you can make a living like me.
はい。Yes.
It's the same with this.
There's this thing called Dotch.
The AI agent era is coming.
So I think 99% will be people who enjoy using it.
But if you can use this well, there's a possibility you can make a living from it.
It's that level of innovation.
Innovation does not make everyone happy.
It is something that creates new disparities.
That is the correct definition.
はい。Yes.
Now, in the Edo period.
There was disparity, right?
There was a world where samurai were at the top, then farmers, then merchants, right?
But how about it?
はい。Yes.
You know, Bakebake.
Oh, it was in the morning drama, right?
The samurai era ended and Dad had to do business, and though they say bring back the era of samurai
They were told to get rid of their swords and rose up together with Saigo-san, but were ultimately suppressed, and we have to cut off our topknots and do business, but samurai are bad at business so it didn't go well

目にあったっていうのがばけばけって物語でしたけどもあれは新たなイノベーションっていうものが新たな格差をでtime because of it, that's what the story of Bakebake was about, but that means a new innovation creates a new disparity. AI
AIThe age of AI agents is when a new innovation creates a new disparity.
What kind of disparity?
It's about dividing people into those who can use this AI well and those who can't.
So we need to understand this point.
We need to have a firm vision.
Yes.
はい。What are the people who turn this into money doing?
I want to introduce that way of thinking.
Now, sharing isn't just about things like this.
For example, the YouTube dashboard.
This kind of thing can also be shared.
If it were a part-time job to analyze this 24 hours a day, you'd give up, right?
You know, view counts are growing from here, and analyze the performance of this channel with like 1,000 videos.
It's impossible.
Do it 24 hours a day.
Absolutely no way.
It will do it. It's ongoing work.
It's good at it.
So, which video do you think will grow?
Propose a theme every week.
It will do it after analyzing all the data.
Yes.
はい。It does everything from performance analysis to planning proposals.
See, with this, consulting, consulting firms are out of business.
With Dots around, consultants are at a disadvantage because they can't work 24 hours.
Yes, no matter how huge an amount of data you load, you can't beat Dots.
It responds 24 hours a day from both smartphone and PC.
No consultant who can answer like that exists even in top-tier foreign firms.
Yes, what's interesting about this Dots is its design.
Yes.
はい。It's not just that it has a face or an icon set, even now you can talk with ChatGPT by voice, right?
Yes.
はい。However, with this Dots, talking isn't via a voice button but a phone button.
When you press the phone button, it goes trill-trill, and it properly keeps you waiting for about 4 rings before answering.
It says 'Hello,' and in a voice customized to your preference.
Yes.
はい。Yes.
What's wrong, you ask? No, um, about that thing I consulted you on, uh, that matter.
うん。Yeah.
You mean the video channel analysis, right?
I've been doing it all along.
So, right now, how are you analyzing it?
So, I'm analyzing the channel's videos from the past week.
Um, that video where Acchan shaved Shinacho-san's head bald the other day.
That video, I looked at the comments, and there were a lot of opinions like this.
What percent had this opinion.
What percent had this opinion, but for that video, viewership drops sharply from this minute mark, so that part there

I see.
Thank you.
You can have conversations like that.
You can even make phone calls.
There's no human like that.
Even consulting would be surprised.
It's not just that it does this performance analysis and planning 24 hours a day.
Here's the point, here's the key point.
It can also integrate with AI services.
Do you get it?
はい。Yes.
For example, yes.
ElevenLabs.
This is narration voice generation.
Suno is music generation.
Higgsfield is, uh, a site that integrates various image and video generation services, a lot of people use this kind of thing.
It can integrate with all of these.
はい。Yes.
So what does that mean?
After analyzing the plan, analyzing performance and drafting a plan, I see.
Then, hey, just go ahead and make one video.
If you say that, it'll make it.
It can make it.
Of course right now it's up to 30-second videos per piece.
But this will keep growing, right?
It can make 1-minute ones, 2-minute ones.
If anything, even now with 30 seconds, it might be able to make a whole short video in one go.
For music, it can just churn out one song, two songs, bang bang bang, right?
For example, keep uploading these to audio and music distribution sites, and then make more songs that get a good response
and release them.
This can be done automatically.
はい。Yes.
What will happen with this?
はい。Yes.
The era of fully autonomous SNS operation will eventually come.
Those YouTube channels are all run by bots.
Humans have been doing it.
Planning and yeah.
I want to post something like this.
I want to post a solo camping video.
Do solo camping, edit it, upload it, and then look at the results, yeah.
So next time I'll try grilling a different meat, that's what I was doing.
This PDCA, plan, do, check, and then act again.
Running PDCA to run business.
It means that bots can do everything, limited to tasks that don't require physicality.
Do you understand?
If there's a part that requires a physical body, humans are needed for that.
But not all jobs are like that.
You don't need a physical body to make music and distribute it, and you don't need humans to create text and distribute it.
So you can have a fully automated blog.
You can make a news site.
You can make a music channel.
はい。Yes.
Video channels will also become possible eventually.
Of course, whether that will generate revenue depends on the quality, so I don't know.
But I'm saying we've reached the point where you can actually do it, thinking maybe I can go in this direction, let's systematize it and try it.
So the era of mass production has come, and humanity has changed.
America was exactly synonymous with mass production.
McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Ford — hamburgers, drinks, cars were all mass-produced, and that was amazing.
Because until then, craftsmen were making them.
There was value in each craftsman making things by hand one by one.
But then they could be mass-produced in factories.
Then you just can't compete in volume, cost, and speed.
So mass production was amazing.
That has come into content.
Because now you can mass-produce.
It means we've entered an era where individuals can cheaply hire workers who operate 24 hours a day.
This is a labor revolution.
The era of fully self-operated SNS is just one world as seen from my perspective as a YouTuber.
This will happen in many different business types.
I'm speaking from a media perspective, but it's not just media.
In finance, manufacturing, various customer service, consulting, and many other industries, these bots
I'm saying that those who realize that bots can autonomously run almost the whole PDCA cycle on their own will win.
はい。Yes.
It's about whether you accurately understand what the internet destroyed.
The internet destroyed transportation costs and the locational advantage of stores.
はい。Yes.
You know, you don't need to transport things anymore.
You don't need to hold inventory.
Wasn't it a win if you controlled distribution through transport and set up a store in a prime location?
In that era, if you had a department store in Shibuya, you won.
Because people gather in Shibuya, and if goods gather there, you just sell things there.
But now the Shibuya department store is, well.
Record shops, yes, bookstores are gone.
Why? Because the internet destroyed them.
There are things the internet destroyed.
But people hardly notice it.
That the internet would eliminate department stores, bookstores, and CD shops.
But if you think about it, it's obvious.
Why? Because you can listen to music without CDs anymore.
You can just download it.
No, you can just listen via streaming.
Books can be read on smartphones as e-books.
I mean, to buy clothes, there's Shibuya 109 — no no, there's ZOZO.
You just click and that's it.
It gets delivered.
Those who could imagine in the 90s, in the dawn of the internet, that when this happens, those things will disappear — they win.
That's Rakuten and SoftBank.
What Mikitani did was Rakuten Ichiba, you know.
That was basically killing off department stores, right.
Then there's Rakuten Securities and Rakuten Bank, yes.
Bank counters are disappearing one after another.
はい。Yes.
Banks and brokerages are fine online, right.
It's an era when all those branches that filled the areas in front of stations are disappearing.
The people who imagined that in the 90s are now the champions of the 2020s.
A revolution of the 2020s is happening right now.
And those who imagine the future from this will no doubt become the champions of the 2040s and 2050s.
And if I were to predict even further into the future, as Elon Musk also says, right now we deliver mass-produced content to the masses.
If you stop at a future where automatically made stuff is delivered in bulk to Spotify or YouTube, that's still naive.
Beyond that comes non-mass, self-generated content itself.
Right now it's called user-generated content.
はい。Yes.
That's because viewers can also film, so users generate, produce.
はい。Yes.
So YouTubers are amateurs.
There was an era when we said we're pros, we're comedians, we're TV talents, and talent agencies and TV stations monopolized delivering in bulk, but instead viewers who were just users saying,
俺たちなんとかですとか言って動画を届けちゃうっていうユーザージェネレートってね、ユーザージェネレートしてwe're so-and-so, delivering videos like that — that's user-generated, user-generating,
Where are they delivering it to?
Still to the masses, right.
But that's not it. From now onward,
it's non-mass — making it for yourself, by yourself, watching it yourself, and that's it, yes.
Making the music you want to hear today, listening to it, and thinking that was good, and that's it.
Why do I have to listen to songs made by other people?
That's the era that's coming.
Why do I have to watch videos made by other people — that's the era that's coming.
So, you might be doing this to get tickets for your ideal idol, but imagine an even more ideal idol, just generate them like this, get excited about them, and think, ah, that was great.
The idol I saw today was produced today and I say goodbye today.
The idol I'll meet tomorrow, I'll produce tomorrow — that kind of era could come.
Elon Musk is saying this too.
This is interesting, isn't it.
Before this kind of future, there's this kind of era, and before that future, there's this kind of era.
And we are here right now.
Remember this once more.
Be sure to use Dots.
Okay?
If you can get this far using Dots, that's great.
If you can go even beyond that, wow, amazing.
But if you don't include the dots, you know.
You'll end up becoming one of those old flip-phone guys.
Is that okay?
You know those senior colleagues who still don't have a smartphone.
Right, there are still bosses who insist on using fax.
Let's just stick with fax.
うん。Yeah.
You're not using dots?
Then we can't even have a conversation.
That kind of future is coming, so please try it out and enjoy this era's dynamic changes.
