台風25号被害の千葉　浸水地域で水が引くも“今後に不安”…30号の影響は【スーパーJチャンネル】(2026年10月18日)

台風たいふう25号ごうによる甚大じんだいな被害ひがいから間まもなく1ヶ月いっかげつです。It is almost one month since the devastating damage caused by Typhoon No. 25.

千葉県ちばけんでは浸水しんすいした地域ちいきもようやく水みずが引ひきましたが、住民じゅうみんからは今後こんごへの不安ふあんの声こえも聞きこえてきます。In Chiba Prefecture, water has finally receded in flooded areas, but residents are voicing anxiety about the future.

先月せんげつの台風たいふう25号ごうによる豪雨ごううで、馬うま橋はし川かわの上流じょうりゅうにある盛もり土つちが崩落ほうらく。In last month's heavy rain from Typhoon No. 25, fill soil upstream of the Mabahashi River collapsed.

土砂どしゃが川かわをせき止とめ、周辺しゅうへんの住宅地じゅうたくちでは水みずが引ひかない状態じょうたいが続つづきました。Sediment dammed the river, and in surrounding residential areas water continued to remain without receding.

浸水しんすいが解消かいしょうしたのは発生はっせいからおよそ3週間しゅうかんが経たった13日じゅうさんにちのことです。The flooding was resolved on the 13th, about three weeks after it occurred.

現在げんざい住宅地じゅうたくちの水みずは引ひいていますが、発はつ災時じ水みずが上あがってきた跡あとは今いまも残のこっています。The water in the residential area has now receded, but traces of where the water rose at the time of the disaster still remain.

防塵服ぼうじんふくに身みを包つつみ自宅じたくの片付かたづけに追おわれていたのは床上浸水ゆかうえしんすいの被害ひがいに遭あった65歳さいの女性じょせいです。A 65-year-old woman who suffered above-floor flooding was busy cleaning up her home, dressed in protective clothing.

家いえの中なかには泥どろが残のこり、水みずが引ひいても暮くらしを取とり戻もどすには程遠ほどとおい状況じょうきょうです。Mud remains inside the house, and even though the water has receded, she is far from getting her life back.

水道すいどうは出でて大丈夫だいじょうぶなんですけれど、電気でんきが通とおらないと何なにもできない。The water supply is working fine, but without electricity I can't do anything.

台風たいふう25号ごうの影響えいきょうで決壊けっかいした印しるし旛沼ぬまの堤防ていぼうですが、先週せんしゅう15日じゅうごにちに緊急きんきゅう復旧ふっきゅう工事こうじを終おえています。As for the Inbanuma levee that collapsed due to Typhoon No. 25, emergency restoration work was completed last week on the 15th.

台風たいふう25号ごうは印しるし旛沼ぬまの堤防ていぼう3地区ちく4カ所しょを決壊けっかいさせました。Typhoon No. 25 breached the Inbanuma levee in 4 locations across 3 districts.

浸水しんすい被害ひがいは広範囲こうはんいに及およびました。Flooding damage spread over a wide area.

そのため印しるし旛沼ぬまでは堤防ていぼうを設もうける工事こうじが急きゅうピッチで進すすめられ、Therefore, work to install levees at Inbanuma has been rushed forward,

15日じゅうごにちにようやく緊急きんきゅう復旧ふっきゅうが完了かんりょうしました。and emergency restoration was finally completed on the 15th.
