気象庁きしょうちょうは午後ごご7時しちじ45分ふんに秋田県あきたけん由利本荘市ゆりほんじょうしを流ながれる子こ吉きち川かわでAt 7:45 p.m., the Japan Meteorological Agency issued for the Koyoshi River flowing through Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture,

氾濫はんらんがすでに発生はっせいしている恐おそれがあるとしてレベル5の氾濫はんらん特別警報とくべつけいほうを発表はっぴょうしました。a Level 5 Flood Emergency Warning, saying flooding may have already occurred.
