Hello, this is Haruan.
Today I'd like to make sandwiches.
The focaccia
is ready, so now it's time to ferment.
I'll leave it out.
And there's something I want to show you all.
Ta-da!
Today, I have this butternut squash, and I wanted to try it so I bought it.
You know, it was 300 yen. Butternut squash
It makes a really delicious potage.
So let's just turn it all into potage. Oh,
This is not half at all.
Right? Amazing.
I bought it at a place like a roadside station, in the countryside
バターナッツカボチャ, for 300 yen, that's cheap. Butternut squash
has an image of being quite expensive even when sold at supermarkets, so I bought it right away.
Pumpkin seeds scattered everywhere.
Oops, oops, it's splendid.
I'll cut it around here.
Turning a whole one into potage might be too much.
This alone should make plenty.
As expected from a gourd, it smells like melon.
Maybe I'll cut it a bit larger.
I feel like cutting it larger and steaming it big makes it steam more deliciously.
But cooking, well, of course technique matters, but what you feel is pretty important too.
I think it's about how much you can make it while you're in the groove.
A regular pot is fine of course, but steaming in a thick pot like a Staub steams it deliciously, so I'll use a Staub today.
I'll steam it in the Staub today.
Add a little water, enough so the pumpkin is about half submerged, this is weird, add water so the pumpkin is about half submerged.
It seems like I caught a cold, the cat.
Not bad enough to be bedridden, but I'm recovering, so I have no sore throat or anything.
But my voice is a bit hoarse.
Sorry.
Sorry it's unpleasant to listen to.
I'll boil it with a small amount of water, like steaming and boiling.
I love potatoes so I'll make some potatoes too.
Lots of potatoes.
I think this shape of potato, like McDonald's fries, is the most delicious, what do you all think?
よし。Okay.
I'll put the lid on the pot.
前Before
あのバーってねand it went whoosh
溢れちゃったことがあってこぼしちゃったことがあってしかもねその時のがあのゴボウのポタージュだったのねand overflowed, I spilled it, and what was in it at that time was burdock potage
It's delicious when you eat it but the kitchen gets wrapped in a subtle burdock smell
When I use the mixer, I'm always doing it while wondering if it's still okay.
Okay, open.
何事?What happened?
I was being so careful and still failed in the end.
Maybe they're not very compatible.
Bonamera? ka, milk and
I really love dairy products, so I'll add butter too. Ah,
Looks like it'll turn out tasty. Ah,
I'll add a little soy sauce.
Today I'm making sandwiches, so as a side potage for sandwiches, it doesn't need to be very strong, and I'm not looking for a complex flavor.
If you want to make it more complex, you could add onions and such
あの一緒に加熱してミックスしたりとかあとここにね味付けを濃いめにしてもheat them together and mix, or season this more strongly
then it'll have a bit more complexity, a bit more of that soup-like feel.
The focaccia is rising nicely, so I'll start preheating. Ah.
There were baked sweet potatoes my sister made in it.
Nemu-kun, Muku, say hello to everyone.

There we go.
Cake flour.
It's better not to touch the potatoes too much
when frying them.
If you touch them at this stage, they're still soft so they'll fall apart.
The focaccia will bake in about that long.
My voice, as expected.
Ta-da! Mi chai
で。So.
I thought I'd like to add iced mi chai.
When making iced mi chai, it's better to make it quite strong so it's tasty, so I just put in about three tablespoons.
Wow, looks delicious.
It baked nicely, didn't it.
A bit more, since it's on the third rack, I'll brown it.
I'll bake it for three more minutes to get a nice brown color.
Put water in the chawan pot.
So, my original, I think you all know it
、チャイミックスみたいなやつなんですけど、紅茶葉をね、こうやって火にかけるときはちゃんと水からね、煮出してあげることが重要だから、, it's like a chai mix, but when you heat black tea leaves like this, it's important to brew them properly starting from water,
So first, without adding milk or anything, just with water
mix it lightly together to open the leaves, brew it properly, and then add milk.
Looks good.
Simmering gently on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Yes, there we go, there we go.

This is cheese I bought in France that I've been saving too carefully, and
大事I've been saving it
too carefully so I left it in the freezer too long, so I'm going to eat it now.
Yeah, yeah.
This is the best as always.
This is just Comte cheese, a very simple cheese, but.

Yes, ready.
As expected, it's tastier when brewed strong with more tea leaves.
Yeah, with croissants I press them down with my hands and eat them half squashed.

Today I was in the mood for something light with celery, so I tried combining basil and celery, but I think teriyaki chicken would be nice too. Focaccia sandwich
