Yes, so, how are you all doing?
I'm doing very well.
Today is my day off from work, so I'm even more energetic.
Yes, well, work is fun too, but days off are relaxing so I'm happy.
うん。Yeah.
Today I want to talk about dreams.
Dreams, dream, you know.
Not dreams for the future, but dreams you see while sleeping.
Well, I usually dream almost every day,
How about you all?
While sleeping, do you see all kinds of dreams?
Or do you sleep soundly?
Sleeping soundly,
It means sleeping well, and I think some people dream while others sleep soundly.
うん。Yeah.
People who dream,
They often say their sleep is light,
I, 365 days, out of 365 days in a year,
and among them, happy dreams are probably only about 5 to 10 times, yeah, very few.
Like, mostly only difficult things happen in my dreams.
うん。Yeah.
And like my favorite idol appears or someone I like appears,
I go to a party, really those kinds of fun dreams are only about 5 to 10 times a year.
Yeah, that's all I see.
Yeah, rather than that, nightmares, bad dreams.
Scary dreams, bad dreams are called nightmares, well nightmares or strange dreams, absolutely
dreams that could never be reality, I see those kinds of strange dreams overwhelmingly more often.
うん。Yeah.
The setting of my dreams is often school.
I don't really know why, but probably more than half the time I'm always at school.
I don't know if I still want to be a student or what, but for example, a school trip, school trip, right?
I dream that we're all going on a school trip,
Just hearing about a dream of going on a school trip, you might think it sounds like a really fun dream, a good dream, but
なんかね修学旅行中にバスに乗ってたらlike, while riding the bus during the school trip,
the bus I'm on explodes.
Yeah, and also
On a school trip, this is also a school trip, we're all on a big ship,
and like, what is it, the big ship keeps changing smaller and smaller.
My friends keep falling into the sea.
And miraculously I'm somehow on top of the ship, or rather, I'm riding on the edge of the ship.
And I have to watch my friends falling into the sea, it was a really cruel dream.
But every time, I haven't died.
For some reason, I'm alive.
It's a really strange dream, isn't it.
うん。Yeah.
And, the most incomprehensible dream I've had so far is the one where I became a rabbit.
うん。Yeah.
Becoming a rabbit
well, I was happy because it's cute, but somehow I was locked in that cage, that cage where rabbits and animals are kept.
And I'm saying, it's me, it's Nagisa, it's Nagisa, really hard to everyone, to my friends and stuff, but still nobody notices,
well, I guess I looked like a rabbit.
Like this, just like this
I had become a rabbit,
ねなってたので誰からも気づいてもらえなくてずっと檻に閉じ込められたままso nobody recognized me and I stayed locked in the cage the whole time
なんかしかもご飯もね人参とキャベツしかね出てこなくて私は肉が食べたいって言ってるのにand on top of that, for food they only gave me carrots and cabbage, even though I was saying I want to eat meat
あのずっとねlike, the whole time
I was thought to be a rabbit
I had this weird dream like, I'm human, so why doesn't anyone notice.
うんYeah
Also, dreams are like things you thought about during the day
なんだろうそういうことが夢に出てくるなってor something like that comes out in dreams
I think, like, oh
これ、そういえば昼間に考えてたから夢に出てきたんだなってoh, I was thinking about this during the day, so that's why it showed up in my dream
I often think that, but becoming a rabbit, of course,
or the bus exploding on a school trip, I wasn't thinking about things like that during the day, but well, I often have those kinds of dreams.
うん。Yeah.
Also, do you all know about sleep paralysis?
Sleep paralysis
なんかlike
あの寝ているときに体がねあの動かなくなるんですけど、when you're sleeping your body can't move,
あの体も動かないし声を出そうとしてもなんか声が出ないっていう本当にちょっと怖い現象なんですけど、your body won't move and even if you try to make a sound, no voice comes out, it's a really a bit scary phenomenon, but
I've actually experienced that sleep paralysis quite a lot too, my body really won't move and even if I scream help
no voice comes out.
It's a mysterious feeling.
うん。Yeah.
Also, well, there's a lot more, but it's the dream about wanting to go to the toilet.
多分Probably
夢の中というか寝ているときに実際にトイレに行きたくなることってin a dream, or rather, when you're sleeping you actually feel like you need to go to the toilet
I think that happens, and well, at times like that you dream about wanting to go to the toilet.
うん。Yeah.
And again, this is also a dream where I want to go to the toilet but just can't get to one,
こうめっちゃ猫並んでてもねいっぱい並んでてトイレに行けないとか、like a huge line of cats, there's a long line and I can't go to the toilet, or
なんか和式のトイレ、座るトイレじゃなくてこうしゃがんで足を開いてする和式のトイレがあるんですけど、there's a Japanese-style toilet, not a sit-down toilet but a squat-style toilet where you squat and spread your legs,
和式のトイレが大きすぎてあのthe Japanese-style toilet is too big so
I can't spread my legs, I only have really weird dreams like that, so I think I want to have a happy dream soon.
I want to have a dream.
はい。Yes.
What kind of dreams do you all usually have.
Do you dream.
Or do you sleep soundly.
うん。Yeah.
Please let me know in the comments.
If there's anyone who's ever turned into that rabbit, please let me know in the comments.
はい。Yes.
Well, today was another weird, strange story, but thank you for listening.
See you again.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
